AJA Presents: The Role of Rabbinic Leadership in 2024
Rabbi Nochum Schapiro is the newly elected President of the Rabbinic Council of Australia. He is a Chabad shliach and director of Chabad House in St Ives in Sydney’s north shore. He is known as a knowledgeable and passionate educator.
Rabbi Schapiro has engaged with government mechanisms having made presentations to various government inquiries and also was a recent guest on Sky News Outsiders programme.
We will discuss the role of our rabbis with the current significant challenges confronting the Jewish community of Australia. Wed 07 February, 8pm (AEDT) (5pm WA, 7pm Qld, 7:30pm SA)
