DESCRIPTION:Suzi Smeed was born Zsuzsanna Kalmar in Budapest\, Hungary. \nIn just 56 days in 1944\, almost half a million Hungarian Jews were deported to Auschwitz by Hungarian collaborators alongside the Nazis. Few survived. \nSuzi and her parents escaped death several times and then lived through Communist oppression. \nSuzi wrote a book about her life\, which has received praised from judges\, politician & other prominent people like Alan Jones AO.
