Michael Lobovikov is a leader of the New Miluimnik (reservist) Movement. He is the son of prominent Soviet Refuseniks, the architect of a city to be built in Judea/Samaria, Chairman of Likud’s Russian branch, founder of Israel-2030, teaches at Ariel University and is a frequent guest in Israeli media. Michael has been in reserves for over 460 days since October 7.
